These Airdynes are used in countless gyms and rehab facilities around the country.  This bike is extemely smooth and is much better than the ad2,3,and 4's.  You can exercise the lower and upper body together or just the upper body in pushing and pulling motions.  Use this bike for aerobic, anaerobic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and more.  We just installed a new bearings in the foot peddle.
