Hoist HD 1200 Chest Press Mid Row Combo

This Hoist HD 1200 chest press/mid row 2in1 combo is an excellent space saving machine.  The chest press feature lets you choose any angle or hand rotation you want.  You can quickly go from regular bench press to wide presses or narrow presses with regular grip, neutral grip or any grip that's most comfortable to you.  

The mid row features a horizontal grip as well as a neutral grip.  The chest pad is adjustable so you can get a nice long stretch in.  During this movement the bench press handles lock into the machine.
