A plate loaded ProMAXima lat pulldown / low row combo.  These units are 2-in-1 commercial machines with a small footprint that save gym space and are capable of being loaded with more weight and smaller increment weight than selectorized machines. In addition to the lat pulldown, the multi-use low pulley can be used for bicep curls, upright rows, rear delts, abs etc. in addition to its typical low row functionality.
